OK I have found the problem! It's me :-) I am an idiot :-)
I've set the WLAN network setting manually (no DHCP) and set a wrong subnet mask to 255.255.255.255. Now a changed to 255.255.255.0 and it works!
Outgoing tcp traffic was not affected, but the incoming one.
