The N900 box itself is (in inches) 7.5 x 7.5 x 2 inches and probably weigh 1 - 1.5 lbs. hope this helps.
Thank you very much. This info helps me to calculate shipping. I will put 1kg (2,205 lbs) just in case. I dont think it is heavier than this.

That's simple. No card > Auto save as Internal\MyDocs\DCIM. If card, Card\DCIM (the internal browser treats MyDocs as the "phone" memory, so it's more like the other phones).

It just dumps it there for you to sort as you like. Make folders if you wish, move them around, they'll get crawled in all subfolders (minus those staring with a dot - wink wink).

Actually I don't keep "hidden" stuff on my phone, but some applications install themes and stuff and they need to be hidden away. Such folders are not available in the file manager either, you must go command line or a 3rd party browser like Mort... I mean, Midnight Commander.

I believe it's the same with videos. Both have flat display and a crawler (same crawler).

The camera auto-tags with geo tags (country, district at least and gps coords in EXIF if GPS locked in enough time). After that, you can tag it yourself with whatever you like so it's tagged for later.

Note that Windows (7) will refuse to rotate files from Explorer (right click > clockwise) because it doesn't understand the exif and touching it would destroy the geo-data.

But that's for another time. Welcome to the owner's club. We're a happy, sore wristed, eye strained bunch.

ndi are you happy with your N900. Can you rate your N900 ? I watched too much reviews about N900. I had N95 8GB. N95 GPS antenna is not good IT couldnt find your location in a minute sometimes. I guess maemo is awesome and N900 CPU is fast. But what about 3rd party applications ? Nokia wants to sell or most of them freeware ? I love free stuff

Another issue, what about video calling ? Did you upgrade your software can you make video calls on 3G network ? Or still developing ?

Thank you.
