Hi,

Hope someone can help me with this! I was very happy to see Ovi Store support in the recent firmware update but I have so far not been able to use it. Every time I try to download something, I get as far as the log in page then I get the error:

"We're sorry.
The Nokia Account authentication system is currently down.
Please try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience."

I have tried numerous times but yet have not been able to get any further than this page. Has anyone else had this problem????

Yes, others have had this issue. There's nothing anyone here can do about it - you'll need to talk to Nokia support about this (check for a link on the Ovi store site).

try clearing your cache and privacy data in web browser...
then sign in again...

I've tried try clearing my cache and privacy data in web browser, no joy im afraid. Ill see if Nokia support have anything to say...

OK, OK, I am officially thick!!

Turns out, I was using my email address rather than my Ovi username. Ill leave this thread on just in case anyone else is a dumb as me!!!

a simple wrong username might be a more clever error message than:

We're sorry.
The Nokia Account authentication system is currently down. Please try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience.
