Off the top of my head, weren't the original smartq-s 667mhz and ddr1 memory ?

As far as I can tell, the RK2808 has an arm9 core running at 600MHz.

Apparently it's a 600MHz ARM11 augmented with some funky DSP/IVA decoder for HD video (Some Telechips ? Tegra APX2500 ? Haven't seen Samsungs/Freescales/TI with such specs).
