Elaborate a bit, what is not working? It doesn't see any network or it can't be connected to a network?

I have the same problem as well. after upgrade the configured WLAN connections do not work. The device says that it is connected to WLAN but browser or any other (e.g. ping or nslookup in xterm) does not work. I even tried to delete and then reconfigure WLAN connection but it didn't help. WLAN is working, that I tested with other devices.

I had a similar problem. 3G worked but wi-fi would hang forever in search. A little investigation showed that it had associated with the AP, but it didn't do DHCP (to get IP number etc.). Visiting the application manager again showed that it hadn't actually finished the upgrade, it had about half left. After that it went downhill, until my device died.

Just head for the flashing option directly, instead of trying to get the botched upgrade to finish. Right now it's difficult to get hold of the flasher tool and the image unless you have them already, because an important Nokia server is down.

My wlan was not working after I did the upgrade over the air. Today, I connected to the online updater on the computer and reinstalled the software. Now my Wlan is working perfectly. If you do this though, make sure you create a backup of your phone.

Or you can try to turn off your router/modem and turn it back on 3 mins after. It will perhaps reset all the ip and hopefully it will give you a new ip for the phone.

If it's still not working, you may want to reset the router and reconfigure it..

Have you guys try to connect to another router ? You guys should try another router, like your friend's router. That way you can 100% sure if it's either the phone or router the real problem.
