I have come to the conclusion that I would rather buy the N900 sim free and unbranded and get a cheap sim only tariff, but only if I can get the handet at a decent price. Where were people getting the discount codes from before? I cant seem to find any that don't exclude the N900? I could however be looking in the wrong places.

Thanks in advance

Hi r-t-q. Until 21/10/2009 there was a so called "Secret Page" hidden in Nokia.com site. Discovering that secret page made you obtaining a 20%discount, valid for every product in Nokia Store, even the N900. I used it for buying mine for €479,20 (including shipping). That code is not valid anymore, and I don't think Nokia will give a discount like that again, not soon. However, after huge spending on Nokia store, Nokia usually send private code for 20% discount through an email, maybe you will find someone who won't use it and give it to you. Good luck!

I'm looking for the same thing. When are you ordering?

The best I have found so far is here:

http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/58567...-20-after-disc

NOK10%JAN2010VC

and then 10%/20% cashback with quidco. I've not tried it yet...

Hey Billy,

Think I'll be ordering next week, once I get my credit card cleared! Still paying for christmas! lol :-S

Will look into that tonight. At work so very limited with my time on the internet.

10% discount with 10% cashback would be decent!

Hi r-t-q,

I've just lost my previous phone and so had to add this to the Christmas bill. It was about time to replace my N95 8gb anyway.

I've just placed my order. The 10% code at Nokia.co.uk works but it's only valid until the 25th so make sure you don't miss out!

Quidco lists nokia.co.uk as 20% cashback at the moment. Mine's not showing as tracked yet but if that's the case it will be a bit of a result.

Quick fag packet calculation - £364.20 (quidco keep £5) if you choose standard shipping (free).

Aaaand the credit card declined it as they wanted me to confirm that it was actually me purchasing the phone.

I confirmed that it was.

Trying to put the order through again and I'm getting a server error on Nokia.co.uk at checkout.

Keep trying I guess...

Ok, server errors continued at checkout on nokia.co.uk on multiple attempts over the past 24 hours until I changed the delivery address slightly just now.

Quidco has tracked my order and has registered £59.88 cashback.

Grand total for a Nokia N900 if it all works out: £389.22

A bit more than expected but I'm really, really happy with that.
