I could not find any "Defaults" section from the default.action file that came with my installation using the Repositories.
In the end, I added in
{ \ +hide-referrer{forge} \ -hide-user-agent {Mozilla/5.0} \ } / # '/' Match *all* URL patternshttp://www.whatsmyip.com
but somehow,
http://config.privoxy.org/show-request
still shows the opera headers.
