Hi Wasabi,

Look at the log of your Application Manager (click on the menu to get to the log). You can then copy it here so that we can see what's wrong...

hey,
the most important application for me! It is a lot better than the original built-in pdf-viewer.
Does someone knows where to find the changelog?

I get the "some packages required for insallation are missing" error. Looks like libglade2-0?

Thanks

Hi Wasabi,

What were the steps that you took to install it?

Try adding the following repository and then trying again

http://maemo.org/downloads/product/bora_sdk_repo/

That fixed it. I went to that link and did the "click install" to add the repository, then installed evince from the applications list in the app manager.

Thanks for the tip.

Anyone thinks that having

1) Fit to Visible (so that you don't view the whitespace margins)

and

2) Rotate View (so that portrait mode + above feature would mean you can view a full page and without the whitespace margins)

would be good? If so, do write in to the author of Evince! I believe it is

evince-list AT gnome DOT org

Remove and replace the uppercase words...you know..
