I also spent more time debugging UAProf by manually downloading mms using telnet but still couldn't get my service provider to perform content adaption.

What I was thinking of doing in conjuction with uaprof testing is to add logging support so users can easily send their output without having to start fmms from cli.

Let me know what you think.
Great! The logging to file part sounds great, I'll try to get svn or git setup on the garage project during the weekend so it's easier to contribute to the project (and get the latest, buggy version )

On the UAProf stuff, it actually seems like most carriers just ignores the headers and might check the User-Agent string (see my earlier post with nowsms.com link).

The "fMMS TODO.txt" currently on my desktop got something like this...

research:
* APN database
* share via service
-----
* REFACTOR
* mask/unmask apn when fmms is not active?
* input validation
* close sender on successful message
* show read/unread/change to sqlite storage
* remove "Profile:"
* lock-file to determine action in progress
* "reparse" in viewer
* tweak "message sent" banner
* error handling wappushhandler
* error handling, clean up libs
* SMIL generation
? mms viewer: resize images to fit on screen
* delivery reports

Problem with fMMS? Run in x-terminal: cp /tmp/fmms.log /home/user/MyDocs/
After that you'll see fmms.log in filemanager or when you connect the device to your desktop as a mass storage device.
E-mail the log to me, if you don't have the email address, drop me a PM. Thanks!

Before upgrade everything was working fine

But nice feature is that fmms seems now automatically switch to MMS APN when SMS push arrives.
Same problem here.
For some reason in terminal it says:
MMSC STATUS: 204 No content.

Updated to version 0.2.6.
I get the "SMS Push" message but can't download the message nor send messages anymore.
Will attempt to play around with some apn settings though

Hello all Im new to this very helpful community , but still have a question.
I set up my USA Tmobile MMS with 2.7 FMMS:
-T-Mobile USA
* Connection Name: TMo MMS
* Connection Type: GPRS
* Access Point Name: wap.voicestream.com
* User Name: (leave blank)
* Password: (leave blank)
* Use Proxy: Yes
* HTTP Proxy: 216.155.165.50
* Port Number: 8080 (or 9201 if 8080 fails)
* MMSC: http://216.155.174.84/servlets/mms
* Resize Image: 300
* Your Phone Number: aaapppssss

The Problem is that I can receive MMS's from my GF TMo phone but I can't send any back to her or myself.
When she sends MMS's to me can they will push and open correctly, but I cant figure out y I cant send any back.

I used FAPN to create my second MMS APN.

ANy guesses anyone?
