Done

Yeah I really like that icon, cheers!

I wonder why putting it in the same place as the battery indicator (here): /usr/local/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/hildon/ didnt work..

edit - added the bootup icon info to the wiki, hope makes sense - if not edit away

That's why there's the wiki page. It should be summarizing this thread so you wouldn't have to go over all the pages. I'm currently adding as much info as I can find here. I hope future MODers would put their info there so it would be accessible.

Does anyone can help me with this??

To delete the red part doesn't help...
So far I can see this it wouldn't be possible if I still want to have the battery icon in the status bar

[status-area-applet-battery.desktop]
X-Desktop-File=/usr/share/applications/hildon-status-menu/status-area-applet-battery.desktop
X-Status-Area-Permanent-Item=Special-Item-1
X-Status-Menu-Position=1

Thanks.
Even if I delete the whole part:

[status-area-applet-battery.desktop]
X-Desktop-File=/usr/share/applications/hildon-status-menu/status-area-applet-battery.desktop
X-Status-Area-Permanent-Item=Special-Item-1
X-Status-Menu-Position=1

the battery still remain in the status menu...

Does anyone has an idea how I get rid of the battery section in the menu??
Thanks
