4-5 reflashes, but i play a lot of with partitions and other staff. In all cases it was typos (or small errors) in config files.

I prefer to have access to buggy programs over lacking functionality. Some pidgin-stuff and ebook readers I had to find in extras-testing. And when I look through the lists to find something interesting, I don't notice if programs are in extras or extras-testing.
I have avoided extras-dev. Though I believe that with a little research before you install something, you can get a good idea of the likelihood of something being bad for your installation.

I reflash almost weekly but I test a lot and do development on my n900 so I need it but don't mind it

Got it Dec. 23th and flashed it three times:
once when I got it US->UK
once when the PR 1.1 came out
once again with pr1.1 since I tried to play a jerky encoded video and thought something was wrong with the update and I flashed the eMMC as well.

I bought it on launch day in NY in November. I have only reflashed once. If you play around with extras-devel expect to reflash more often

because:
- The poll doesn't log those that never needed to reflash. That would've been interesting statistics.
- The poll should log those that only had a single, particular issue (i.e. 1 reflash), as I did due to the 1.1 upgrade which failed.
- Then you have the rest with multiple reflashes, where there could be other issues (e.g. troublesome hardware, or risky installs or other special problems).
