MODS.
This is getting ridiculous and important threads get lost in the following types where there must be several new ones EVERY day:

I HATE N900
I LOVE N900
Best Features
Worst Features
Whats Missing
What do you want to see on N900
Can it scratch my arse
Will it cook tea
Will my N900 have an affair with my wife
etc etc etc

Please can we have a clearly marked thread at the top (maybe of every group) to divert trolls.

Cheers guys. I have nothing against these posts but they all digress into a troll hook.

You may laugh Lacedaemon but my N900 DID have an affair with my wife.

Wish I'd known that would happen before I'd bought it.

Only reason this happens is that this forums categories suck.
In my opinion there should at least be different area for Bugs, Support and Complains where everyone can vent their frustration.

Actually council and other active members have talked about this, but who knows if anything is going to happen in near future?

oh how the N900 has taken over the land of maemo.org! (And dammnit for stealing my girlfriend away from me too!)

It also still hasn't made me a cup of coffee......

Agree Entirely. We need a random drivel section of the boards.

For the record, we do have a place for reporting bugs. We also have a place for random talk (off topic) and nonspecific Nokia/Maemo discussion (General). There has been discussion between the mods on the categories and it was decided to let the Brainstorm proposal on the subject be allowed to decide the issue. If you want more categories, go vote and propose solutions in the brainstorm tool proposal that already exists for the purpose.

Classic example of arbitrary Nokia decision making. Couldn't just fallback to the no brainer of tagging with lat/lon if network isn't accessible, could you Nokia?
MAME: an arcade in your pocket
Accelemymote: make your accelerometer more joy-ful

Technically Off Topic fits that description.

Yes we have but we do not have place to talk about them like normal average users. I will not explain in detail here what this means, but noise in bugzilla kills its purpose.

Indeed. There doesn't seem to be much separation between end user categories, developer categories, marketing categories.
