I got mine from usa retailer at http://www.selectgsm.com its not the cheaps but since i order from them before i got the N900 from them too ..

Newegg.ca currently has N900's available for $599 + GST Canadian. Free shipping is currently available too.
it will cost a few bucks according to ups, 10 dollars + difference in shipping cost.
Someone in a diffrent forum suggested that amazon is able to restric those shipments to prevent this, but I'm gonna try on monday (I want my n900 before christmas damn it!)
