@Bec:

Code:
javascript:(function() { prompt("Copy and Paste in your favorite player.", document.getElementsByClassName('Flv')[0]); })()
You'll need registration for this to work though.

doubt it..... it is media player, mplayer is a terminal based application, and kmplayer uses mplayer... seems to be better at streaming

Guys, I have a question/suggestion:

Since there are scripts that directly provide the FLV links:
http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/25105
http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/42944

Wouldn't it be possible to create a script that launches flvs in Mplayer whenever a link ending in .flv is detected?
Maybe provide some kind of button too, but for streaming:

Thanks

Well at least not from a script.

I don't know much (if anything) about web development or bookmarklets but I think you're right it would be a security risk if a js in the url bar could do things locally.

what happens if you associate .flv with a helper application (kmplayer) in MicroB or firefox, is this possible?
Editing about:config to remove some security features to allow local access may be another possibility for scripts but I think a browser extension like the one below is a better alternative to avoid this.

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/446

I don't know if any of this is possible, just a thought.

Apparently. When I view source I don't find the specific *.flv reference. :-(
