Hi,

I'm new to Maemo but have installed OpenOffice and Gnumeric via Easy Debian. It's really very usable. However, even though I can see the Documents folder in N900, I can't see the folder through either OpenOffice or Gnumeric.
I can open the files with the KOffice viewer but want the ability to edit them.

Any suggestions?

the path to the Documents folder is /home/user/MyDocs/.documents
it is a hidden folder so make sure hidden folders are displayed or type in the location by hand

Thanks Shanezlar,

that's done the job perfectly!

This is a great phone.

Would anyone be interested in a little script/binary to launch this fullscreen? Sometimes for me alerts are cut off at the bottom of the page and I wrote a little script to launch the app and then invoke wmctrl (which I compiled for ARM) to toggle it fullscreen.

The new Qole's packages have a script that enables the blue arrow+up arrow to run a wmctrl script which toggles fullscreen for any window.
