First.. I found this amazing boot screen http://www.nokian900applications.com...or-nokia-n900/

I fell in love at first sight, but I don't know anything about programming or tampering with my device, so please, PLEASE someone make this a simple install program I can download from app manager and just install!

Second, I have seen different themes in app manager.. But I would really enjoy a theme that I came up with, instead of choosing between the themes other people came up with (=

I really like the matrix theme, BUT! But I think it would be far better if the black backgrounds were actually black, not some grey color.. And for the green signs that actually creates the "matrix-feel".. And everything else that is green in the theme to match it, I'd like to have it blue, pretty much the same nuance as the blue symbols on the keyboard!

Please make it a downloadable easy to use app so even a noob like myself can enjoy these treats! Thanks in advance!

1. it IS easy right now.
you are on a linux-platform so you may want to learn to get along with the terminal and some basic commands.
the process requires only downloading, linking and copying files. and every single step is covered 100% with these instructions.
that's the original thread of the bootvideo:

2. this change you may want to make on your own or make a request in the theme's thread:

I followed the boot video guide thoroughly, but failed.

At one point in the guide, it just says "(rootsh required)"..
Don't know if that's my problem or not.. But main problem is, I suck at this.. If a guide is supposed to help someone that don't know ANYTHING about what they're doing, the guide has to be allmost ridiculously thorough.. That guide you linked, was not =/

Download rootsh from the Application Manager.
Then open XTerm from the More... menu.
In here you type: sudo gainroot
Then you enter all the commands listed on the guide.
