I found the download but it says it's too big for my memory. I tried increasing my virtual memory but no go. I downloaded it to my laptop and then off to my 2gb card but it says it doesn't know how to open it and the program isn't there in my install programs.

What am I missing?

I'm not a newbie but I've never really had enough time to get proficient on my 770. Please go slow and don't assume I know anything.

it's a firmware upgrade. which means you need to hook your IT up to your computer and run the flasher program. search the maemo wiki.
