Yes, I'm planning to log data over days, weeks and display some graphs.

Great work andrei1089!

Has anyone notice that CPU for hildon-home hovers around 20-30%? I'm guessing that your refreshing the desktop or something (I'm no coder). Is there a way to get that lower, I can image that eating up power over a long distance? Again great app.

Now I'm reading accelerometer's data pretty often. I'll try to find better values to keep the detection accurate but to reduce the CPU% usage.

Agreed. When I asked about GPS, back in post #2, I was only interested in using it to calibrate or train the pedometer.

andrei1089, Great additions! Love the new day, week, cal, speed. Really a nice suprise and the fact that you let us hide them...even better.

I would only add would it be possible for accuracy sake to alloy us to add a stride measurement and sensitivity setting. I've notice that if I take public transport and forgot to stop it it will register my the ride as steps..lol (hey I'm no cheater). If not still a great little widget.
