You are still able to flash the global firmware if you so desire.

Just search it grrrrrr!!!

The reason we have 81 pages is because nobodies doing it! :P I'm at the conclusion that everything that can be asked has already been answered several times over... and over.. and over.. It's all in here, a quick search will grab it Especially now the number of folks is dropping off as the UK (last locale) goes to sleep, there'll not be as many around to answer questions... until we all meet back here tomorrow for 'where's my firmware update' part2 ofcourse

I've read this update is only 16mb large. I just got my N900 today, the first Maemo 5 update was version 1.2xxxxx. Then it allowed updating to this version 3.2xxxxx except it says it's 93mb. Is this because it includes all the other updates that have occurred since the initial first update?

This fixed my conflict problem. Thank you.

got mine yesterday evening around 7pm in Texas but had to send mine for repair because "X" key was stuck and the bottom rail was popping out too bad.

I just flashed with this:

it looks that this is the one with the update already....

Hi everyone,
i installed the update (over the air) today and everything was fine, phone restarted after install and felt a little faster.
But after restarting manually, the media player is not working, cant either play songs or movies.

Anyone else got the same problem? Try restarting the phone manually after the update and see if the media player is working..
And if anyone got a solution, be kind and share it.

EDIT: a friend of mine has now the same issue, we both live in Sweden.. (maybe it matters, maybe not)
