Dear Lord...
It's named ******** Bingo because that's what the developer WANTED to call it.
If you're just so damned offended by it, then DO NOT INSTALL IT! Problem solved.
Alternately, you can write your own app, and call it whatever you want. Some suggestions:
Flowery, touchy feely, let's not hurt anyone's feelings, Bingo.
It should be such a clean word world bingo
Bah. I just woke up, and I can't think of any more touchy feely nice names, so those are my two suggestions.

While I find the concept amusing. I will never load an app with that name. You, of course, are free to do so. The app will never reach it's full potential audience because, like me, many find the name objectionable, and will not install it.
You can download the game, unpack it, rename, repack and reupload - the joy of open source. Names?
