I see size still matters? I wonder why.

Yes i have the same problem, i have considered fixing it myself but i can't bring myself to void the warranty after just 2 months. Maybe there are 2 stores in london, i went to 240 regent street and it was definitely shut, unless there is another entrance the other side of the street or something?!

The entrance was on the main road pretty much opposite the Apple store.
