I wonder if it is possible to hack the phone to disable the volume-rocker keylock. So you can always adjust the volume even if the screen and keys are locked. It is kind of unconvinient to always unlock the phone to control the volume when listening to music.

I thought of this as well.
There's "Shake2Control" for changing the song, could there be another 'gesture' to increase volume? Can't for the life of me think what it could be.
