Wow. Design wise, it's very interesting...
As for the UI, I think Nokia got their intel wrongly. It's as if they tried to race this Apple 'product' that was reported by The Onion:

But anyway, I think it's great for a backup phone because it's small enough that you can shove it up your !@#!.
