what's the name of the app that turns off all mobile connections allowing you to use the phone for games or music in hospitals,etc.

i did have it installed but can't remember what it was called.

I have one installed called "Cellular modem control" according to the option on my power button menu

There's something called offline mode

I believe , the offline mode doesn't let you use wifi so the correct app is cellular modem control.
