Took it to the vodafone store to fix the call volume droping randomly and also told them about all the dead pixels, does anyone have any idea as to whether i will get a replacement or do you think they will try and fix that one?

10 days without my n900 is gunna be tough.

Cheers all

depends how long you've had it, within 28 days you can get a new phone - standard uk purchase store warranty for faults.

after that till be a repair as it would probably be cheaper than to give you a new device,

don't count on your screen being replaced with the dead pixels, unless you have a lot of them, the average is 5% for replacements but thats at Nokia's discretion not Vodafones

I sent my N900 back last week for dead pixels. I (only) had 6 and they replaced it no questions asked within a week. However this was via Nokia's online warranty repair service.

Thanks for the replies. I have had it since December so i wont count on getting a new phone (or a new screen) then.
