I'm curious if this really saves any power? Since the interface is still up (essentially powered on, but not associated), and without this app there is only a small amount of traffic going out?
Has anyone done any tests with and without this application to see if batter life improves?

I too have tried to install but an getting conflicting packages. These are:
libqt4-maemo5-dbus(4.6.0~git20100119-1maemo1)
libqt4-maemo5-xml(4.6.0~git20100119-1maemo1)
libqt4-maemo5-network(4.6.0~git20100119-1maemo1)
libqt4-maemo5-maemo5(4.6.0~git20100119-1maemo1)
I'm running the UK Vodafone version of the hardware so don't have the latest firmware yet.
