The engineering college where i study, well they've banned cell phones and PCs. And smuggling in both like i used to do is a very difficult task. The n900, i believe, was made exactly for this kinda scenario =)

yo yo maemo community!! I'm 25 from London & i use my N900 for everything! I can honestly say i havn't touch my laptop (other than 2 put content onto my N900) since i was 1 of the first 2 get this glorious device back in nov!!

I'm 16 and I use it to improve my programming skills. I also use it as a phone and oc to browse the internet with.

42, pretty much everything that I do on my desktop I can now do on my n900... use it as my phone, sms, camera when I don't have my dslr with me, web surfing, podcast and music downloader, for facebook and forums, my music player in the car, reading work and private email, learning more about linux .. etc etc... It's become pretty much indespenseable in the month I've had it! If only I could find an apps to get it to clean my house , service my motorbike and car I'd be laughing!

i use it for the camera and video .. and quick click and its posted or sent on e mail. People don't believe the things i see and touch so i take a picture or video .. .( ITs BIG OLD BIGGIES ANG BUTT SHOTS). I workout and date some of my gym rats .. Lots of bent over pictures.. Love the phone .. Just need someone to teach me how to hack and make my own stuff..
