you will need to reflash i think to set kernel back

You should be able to reinstall the stock kernel without reflashing like this (has to be done as root - rootsh has to be installed)
apt-get install --reinstall kernel kernel-flasher

I did it, then reboot, and the same thing version unknown

Ok well that didn't go well, I did it and ended up with no kernel lol
Reflashed the kernel only, and yep, still showing up <unknown> here too.
Also uninstalled sixaxis-support

Edit: type set in terminal, do you see OSSO......=<unknown> ?
