This morning, after owning my N900 for nearly 3 months, it won't turn on. Screen doesn't light up, the LEDs, no vibrate, no signs of life at all. Not even when put on charge or plugged in via USB. Doesn't appear to be the result of any sort of trauma - the device was working fine yesterday, and just wasn't working when I tried it this morning.

My thoughts are that it's probably a battery failure, but I don't want to waste money on a new battery in case this isn't the problem. Can anyone back this up for me?

On a side note, I also remember MPD (whom I purchased my N900 from) including a notice with the phone saying NOT to call Nokia for support, but them. Alas I can't find this notice right now. Anyone able to provide this number for me?
