Things to look at, in 7" Android tablets:

ICD Ultra http://www.umpcportal.com/products/ICD/Ultra
W1090 http://www.umpcportal.com/products/Wirelession/W1090
Wits A81 (has an Android version) http://www.umpcportal.com/products/Wits/A81/

And, as someone else pointed out, there's an upcoming version of the Archos 7, that runs Android.

I've heard mixed reviews about the physical quality and durability of the Archos tablets. Just saying "beware". They look like they should be great, but do some research before you plop down cash.

I checked out the Archos site, it looks nice to me.
But I figured, why would I still want to use Microsoft when I already has a PC?
I would much prefer Android cuz it has lots of potentials in the future.
So far Webstation seems to be the ideal one for my need.
I'll post a brief review once I got it.

What does Microsoft have to do with the Archos 7IT?

The Archos 7IT will be running Android, not Windows. Just like the Archos 5IT.

The only Archos tablet that runs Windows is the Archos 9.

Archos has the worst naming conventions I have ever run into. There are multiple flavors of the Archos 5, Archos 7, and Archos 9 in production, out of production, and planned for production. Especially when buying from anyplace other than Archos (and there doesn't seem to be a lot of discounting going on) you need to make sure that you're getting the OS and CPU and whatever that you saw on the Archos site. For example, currently they make an Archos 5 with Android and one with something else. The Archos 7 is not available with Android yet. Note also that the Archos Android implementation cannot officially access the Android app store (although there's a hack for that).

The 9 does look interesting. but if you are looking for Android the new 7 and the 8 have just been announced:

http://www.archos.com/products/ht/in...try=us&lang=en

Also, you need to be aware that the number of announced tablets greatly exceeds the number of commercially available tablets and the number of commercially available tablets greatly exceeds the number of commercially available tablets with a warranty that's valid in your country (unless you live in the Far East). For tablets that you can buy now and get some kind of warranty on, take a look at:

The two 5" tablets from Archos, that have different names:

Archos 5

Archos 5 Internet Tablet (Archos 5IT; the one with Android).

The same is true of the Archos 7.

The Archos 7 is not available with Android yet.
The Archos 7 will not be running Android. The Archos 7 Internet Tablet will.

It appears that "Internet Tablet" is their way of differentiating between an Android and non-Android product.
