I mean, how amazing was it? I remember listening to Aqueous Transmission by Incubus once with that setting on, and when the Sitar came in at the beginning, it ACTUALLY sounded like there was someone in the room with me a few feet away playing the sitar! And those headphones were CRAP.

I was praying with my heart and soul that the N900 would have this but it didn't...worse, it has no bass boost, no equalizer

Is there anyone else who misses that awesomeness? Anyone else who wishes they would port it somehow? Anyone with the abilities to make it a reality?

I'm sure many uses this but I prefer everything to sound as original as possible. I'm sure that's why I go for FLAC versions instead of MP3's whenever I get the opportunity.

i just cant wait until they improve the sound system on the phone. it can be so much clearer and ambient with just a few lil standard tweaks like stereo widening and equaliser...I mean, what else are we supposed to fill the 32GB with other than music? D:

You could fill it with films?

But I agree, the music player needs a lot of improvement.

films are pretty temporary. 32 gb will get u a few weeks worth and u don't need that much at once. u can put 10 films on and they will last u. music on the other hand is what is used to fill the bulk imo ^^
