what kind of sucks though is that I really want to buy this level pack and cant. i wish I could just donate the money to rovio and they send me the deb or whatever...

Really... first everyone complains about DRM and now that we get a mobile store not using DRM, everybody complains about that as well.
Since when has a copy protection scheme done anything else than alienating the paying customers?
That said, the payment in the ovi store needs to be sorted out fast.

great!! .... but where is the pay by phone bill option??? not everyone has a freaking credit card you know! Maybe the americans do! they pay everthing with plastic! but here in holland its good old cash!

Classic example of arbitrary Nokia decision making. Couldn't just fallback to the no brainer of tagging with lat/lon if network isn't accessible, could you Nokia?

There are some wallpapers now available in the ovi store that you can purchase... why not the level pack?
