There's nothing particularly wrong with it - it's just something to keep in mind where you position the magnets.

- 1- Hole for the earpiece so that i can talk with the flap closed.
- 2- Hole for the LED notification so that i can see it with flap closed.
- 3- Hole for microUSB slot and 3.5mm jack accessible while closed.
- 4- Magnetic locking for flap instead of resistive.
- 5- Extra space in battery area (depends on thickness of case) to accomodate larger capacity batteries easily.
- 6- Window to get direct access to microSD.
He's agreed to to get our design into production if we could get assurance for 50 pieces minimum. But first we need to design it.
So folks all around the world, put your thinking caps on and come up with ideas that you'd want to see and we'll see what we come up with.
My input:
Using a larger capacity battery along with a leather case allows us to ignore the back lid. Of course we'll have to get the magnetic points on the back right or the microSD card wont be read.
