Gent's, ladies, fellow Nokia users.. I have had some trouble with Knots. But, I'm also lacking patience. I have Orb installed, and that seems to work ok for me. I'm sure Knots is wonderful software, once configured correctly. However I wish to uninstall it. I'm on a Win Xp pc. I do not see an uninstall in the control panel listing. Is it more complicated than just deleting the Knots folder in Program files?? Or would little "remnants" be left behind?

Ok I am going through the instructions for Windows when I come to this:
cd c:\
git clone git://github.com/solmis/knots.git
But when I do this I only get
>>>
c:\>git clone git://github.com/solmis/knots.git
'git' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

If you are using Vista/7, i think git must be installed as administrator or it won't add git to path. You can try using full path "c:\Program Files\Git\bin\git.exe" clone git://github.com/solmis/knots.git (replace the path with correct path) or just use the installer.
