Does anyone have know a way of streaming video from orb.com in a way that doesn't suck (i.e. not flash?)

I've had no luck getting asx or 3gp working

Since the 1.1 update, I'm able to use the Winamp Format (.pls) option. Selecting a video will launch the built in media player. Before the 1.1 update, only flash worked. I'm using Orb 2.01 on an XP computer. I couldn't get 2.5 to work.

I've been playing round with Orb myself recenly.. I've been switching back and forth between 2.01 and 2.5. In 2.01 I can get my videos in Real Media or Flash. I couldn't get .asx, .pls, or any 3GP to work. However in 2.01 I havn't been able to get my tv tuners audio to come through. Regardless of stream format. In 2.5 I can get one of the 3gp's to work, or flash. No other. But I DO get my tuners audio. Oddly though, my tuner is seen as another webcam in 2.01. And I cant get webcam audio in either version regardless of how I stream it.

My flash streams are choppy, but my computer at home isn't up to spec (1.6 ghz processor) and my DSL quality is awful. Taking those things into consideration, it actually works pretty good.

Oh, and the the program guide for tv never seems to load (ever) in 2.01. Comes through fairly quickly in 2.5.

I dunno if that helped any, but that's just my experience with the program so far.

Oh, and if it makes a difference, I'm running the most recent version of OS2008 Diablo.

Im not sure on what version of orb I have installed at the moment but currently running a eeepc 1.6ghz (xp) and have it set to 3gp, a copy of robotchicken works flawlessly on my n900 (when I have decent signal)
