Goodmorning guys,

I have this strange problem. When someone calls anonymous the anonymous caller gets replaced by a contact in my list without a phone number.

Can this be fixed somehow?

It doesn't happen to me, mine stays as "unknown number".

Two thoughts:
1) Behaviour may be network specific. I am on 3, in the UK.
2) Check the contact that is being given. If that contact has the phone number field defined but not filled in, that could be the problem.

definitely seen this too. Don't think it's anything to do with the network because never had this on previous phones. I've also checked my contact entry and it's got numbers against it.

I'd say this is a bug - fancy filing it to Bugzilla?

Happened twice to me.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to reproduce.

If the last seven digits of the calling phone number and a phone number stored as a contact in the Maemo addressbook match, this can happen. Known issue.

Not that problem at my end, for sure, as not identified numbers had nothing in common with the actual number of the stored contact.
