I looked upon all the available information here, but whatever i do there is no gps fix anymore since i installed free nokia navigation.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?

what are you on about? This is Maemo OS forum, what free nevigation? installed? sound like a symbian OS with free OVI map. IF YOU talked about N900 then please specified in your thread.

Its the N900, I had a quick fix before installing Nokia Free Navigation.
Aftjer installing it, i have no fix!
I installed GPSJinni and it showed at least 5 sattelites but no fix!

There is no free Ovi Maps for the N90 so you can not have installed it, since the only free navigation there is is for Symbian phones.

Oke I noticed i downloaded the already installed maps again, was'nt free turn by turn navigation, will come up soon though through ovi store i saw. Nevertheless, how come i have no fix?
