The Following User Says Thank You to Ralph For This Useful Post: | ||
I dropped my device from about 5ft(ish) and now the backlight doesn't light up. Everything else is working fine, i.e touchscreen etc. I can still just about see the what's going on on the screen but there is no light on the screen itself. The keyboard light is still functioning too. I think i've probably just knocked a connection lose somewhere. Im reluctant to take it in to a Care Centre simply because I've only just had to fork out 80notes to get my LCD replaced after I cracked it (Not having the best run of luck!)
I'm going to take it apart this afternoon once i've got the right torque driver. Can anyone give me any help as to what i should be looking for?
Cheers
