yeah, this nokia phone has one of the worstly built and supported usb slots... iit wasn't in any wild or abuse.. i was thinking of either soldering it or using some sort of adhesive paste on it after opening it. but its still under warranty so what should i do? just go with the warranty?

please give some advice guys... thank you...

Go for the warranty.

take it to nokia care, they will replace the mother board.
