Read the forum there have been posts.

Noteable updates coming:
Video calls in skype
USSD codes as standard
MMS
Bugfixes (considerable, although there are so many bugs anyway...)

Hopefully as well we get some comeback from Nokias various investments in the community ($50k prize competition and the projects like the kite-camera and scalextric driving things)... a functioning paid apps store would be enough to see me happy though.

There is nothing for sure, all the info is unofficial, that can be just rumors. we will wait and expect the best for us =)

Wow! I set my clock forward last night to April 1st 2012 and got to download PR2.0 !!

My N900 woke itself up this morning, went downstairs, made me breakfast and ironed a shirt for me - woohoo!

<sarcasm mode off>

Apologies re: MMS, that list was one that I stole from someone who'd read the whole of the new user guide post PR1.2 and summarised the changes. I might have made MMS up but I don't think I made up the other things.

The PR 1.2 manual clearly states that the N900 does not support MMS (but eMail and Bluetooth sharing instead).

From the wording of the manual this rumour is based on, it's NOT skype, it sounds like it's SIP video and/or actual 3G video calling. Also note that skype itself does not yet support video on ANY of it's mobile platforms except where provided by third parties (a la Fring).
