You don't have to do all that, just choose the instructions from "updating the tablet" for your PC operating system. most likely Windows.

Blimey a load of replies, most of them helpful and yet you have not recognised anyone by thanking them in any way. Get with the community spirit!

Flashing looks a lot more daunting on the page than it is to do, I think it took me 15mins, but beware it is problematic with 64bit versions of Win 7 and Vista.

That was not said in your direction...
again, what windows you're running?
if you're running a 64bit one please search one with 32bit.
then just follow the steps in the wiki.
it's really easy, no worries.
It may seem complicated when you read it, but when you have the actual situation on your screen, you will understand everything.

dark ride i can help you re flash ur phone but u must work on ur people skills fair enough the poeple here could be a tad more tolorant to people with less computing experiance but there is no point just insulting them.

i am very computer savy and when i got stuck with a reboot problem i had issues with getting it to work. purly becuse something are not high lighted enough in the reflashing tutorial. especialy or people that are not used to computers.

guess what guys there are people out there that dont no what operating system they are using and they certenly dont no wether its 32bit or 64bit.
