we need a lot more information before we can start even guessing.....

what software are you using? what network connection do you have? is your connection restricted? does the msn work normally? does it work at all?

Of course he is using Butterfly and the network error problem appears in a couple of hours, and then he needs to reboot the phone!

Its a known error, sorry.

i get the same error...
i use pecan and it is caused by some dodgy daily cap rule on tmobile.
works fine on wifi. apparently some people have got the cap removed and kit works fine

With pecan I get network error when I switch connection (wifi-3g) but I just need to open up the account and press save and it will connect again. Strange but not a big deal

So reboot is the only way to solve it, got it. thanks
