i fell for this ****, man...
I am at work now.. I drove back home to get my phone charger and drove back to work and searched for the update... heh heh heh.. All fools day, huh!!!

strange, but true:

I was on MaemoSelect last night and clicked the 'view 360' link to see if I could find out why this didn't work on my MicroB. went to bed feeling cheated and hoping for a 1.2 fix.

woke up this morning and portrait now works in my browser!

is the Power Of Wishful Thinking coming with 1.2?

Will they bring back Elvis as well?

OMG!!! This is freakin awesome! Why isn't this a sticky yet!?
Thank you so much for reporting this, for some reason I didn't see a nice blinking icon in my traybar, so I guess it's a matter of time(zones) before it gets released here.
Cannot wait!

It were funny if Nokia releases a fake-Update today, that just shows a april fools message after installing :-D

it would be the last thing for sell my n900))))) Nokia n900 is good... but NOKIA support - ****...

i thought it would have been more believable for someone to start a thread like pr 1.2 cancelled - no more updates for n900.
at least then its slightly more plausible.
