Would I like to see it (Meego, though, realistically)? Sure.
Would I buy it? Probably not.
I think having Meego/Maemo run on multiple form-factors* and device types is a great thing, but I really can't do without a keyboard. Also, if I'm going to carry around something that big, it may as well be a laptop/netbook, since either way, I'll have to bring a bag of some sort with me.
EDIT: *Of course, that's kind of the point, after all...

Maybe a 5-8 inch slate. More seems too big to me; I have a netbook for that.
