I am having some vodka and apple juice and loving this wake on lan you made.. Works like a charm. Now i got one question, when you mean access your pc, do you mean access your file system? Through file manager? I just want to be able to move video files from my pc to my phone using the wifi network and this is the only forum i found that sounds something similar to that. I already run vnc on my phone, so i can control my pc, just want to get some files or even share some directories on my pc (windows) to my n900. Thanks for the time you spent and future time you will spend on this.

if you just want to watch the videos on the N900 from your home network but not transfer them to it, you can. the N900 is DLNA certified meaning it should be be able to play them easily from your computer. if you open the default media player you should see your computer name at the bottom left of the screen in small text.
