How many buttons did Amiga joystick have? One or two different ones?

no they only had the 1 fire button, then obviously any others were quickfire(repeats) buttons :0

alot of joysticks may have had more than one fire button next to each other but they did they same thing as the other

Yep. Standard was one button, Atari D9 style. it could support two button sticks, although they were less common, and the later CD32 console had multiple buttons on its bundled joypad

Edit:
Pin outs

This is emulation, so hardware rules, not MODEL OF JOYSTICK rules...
Two buttons for joystick. My "Amiga hardware reference manual" book is aprox at 1000km of my current home. I don't google for Amiga... these times we must read books! ;-)
I don't remember neither memory-mapped ports neither reading protocols (the only memory-mapped IO I can remember is $dff180=background color), but it's a fact.
