This may be to due some Wifi patches introduced with the PR1.2 kernel.
I'm investigating which patch (incl. my own) causes the higher network latency.
You can fix it by disabling Wifi powersaving but then battery drain is much higher.
hopefully it will be fixed in the next version.

All my experiences so far have been that it is indeed stable already... where is your uncertainty coming from?
I'm running lehto's so i assume i have the older kernel... hence not experiencing this particular detail.

Normaly, you dont need to sudo gainroot !
Before Re-flash, i save lot of scripts i have, and i only have, for example:
sudo echo 500000 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_min_freq
And now, it just gives me permission dennied :S

could anyone plz post how to overclock my n900 from normal to (125min - 850max). actually im not that gd in the maemo so plz i need all steps from the beginning. and actually im living in temp almost 35c is it ok? thx
