I think the important piece of info is the FREE HTC Desire included in the plan.
Just been into the local 3 shop and told that a new pricing structure will start on May 4th.
All deals include 'unlimited' data.
An example:
Mix and Match 300 including unlimited data with an FREE HTC Desire = £22p/m for 24mth contract and no up-front cost for handset.
There were lots of other mix and match plans but I can't remember the costs.
Anyway, 3's new plans include unlimited data and any handset with no upfront costs. Sounds too good to be true but the shop manager seemed happy this was true.
