I'd still be with my G1. The next one after that would likely remain Android. Unless the Palm Pre left sprint... then I'd grab and move to whatever carrier picks up the Palm Pre.

The new poll is missing an option.. "Android".
Android is Android is Android... pick the form factor you like and get an Android phone.
This poll seems heavily guided to being Manufacturer biased... I'm not. So therefore I can't really answer the poll because the only one on there is the Palm Pre and thats only under the conditions above.

DOH!
I voted "other" but I would have probably got a N97. I was all up for the iPhone until my son got a iPod Touch for Christmas and I realised how utterly useless it was underneath the eye candy.
I was investigating buying a N97 (or mini) when I luckily saw the advert for the N900.
Linux in my pocket. Oh yes.

I *might* have been tempted by the HD2, but there's every possibility I might have gone for an Xperia X10 or just kept my trusty E90, in which case i'd probably be swapping it right now ish for an HTC Desire.

I am unsure myself I always thought I would like an iPhone just because it was 'cool' although it would probably be way to closed for me.
Alternatively I would probably have bought an HTC HD2. How about everyone else?
