My keyboard light doesn't work. Actually the ambeint light sensor doesn't work at all.

I don't have powerlaunch installed, i removed the battery, restarted quite a few times. Still no light. Really annoying.

Tried the other stuff in the forums, and it still didn't work.

Care to help?

mine is to turn the phone off by holding the power button until it's off ..... leave it for at least 5 mins then turn it on ...

this sounds stupid but it works for me

do u have a screen protector on the device? it might interfere with the sensor

LOL if there were a screen protector blocking the light that would have caused problems with the light going off not on lol. use common sence!

If you didn't install anything then return the device to nokia if you installed apps you could try a reflash.

I had an invisishield protector but it had gotten pretty dirty so I removed it. Yeah I am well aware flashing is an option, but rather keep it as a last option.
